Fixed a bug that prevented the selection of eye colors when changing the age of a sim in CAS.

CAS画面でシムの年齢を変えると目の色が選べなくなる不具合を修正しました。

Fixed a bug that prevented selection of eye color for infants.
Made a change to remove the flag for random use. (Non-default eye colors)

乳児の目の色が選択できなくなる不具合を修正しました。
ランダム使用のフラグを外しました。（非デフォルトアイカラー）
